We are looking Sr./Lead Salesforce Consultant with 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce design and development along with hands on in integration using Informatica/MuleSoft and who can work independently.

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Sr. Salesforce Consultant,
who will be a trusted technical consultant working closely with internal
Commercial business and IT partners to ensure their usage of Salesforce
capabilities follows best practices, maximizes adoption, and plans for
scalability.
As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be a key technical consultant
responsible for expanding the depth and breadth of Salesforce products with
your global partner community to ensure long-term success. From a business
standpoint, you will help our internal commercial partners define and implement
best practices around Commercial Enablement solutions. From a technical
standpoint, you’ll ensure their Salesforce implementations are configured
following best practices and reduces technical debt.
This position requires a mixture of product management, organizational,
problem-solving, advisory, and hands-on technical skills. Beyond just providing
technical skills, you will guide and coach teams towards a sustainable common
design, tailored to the internal partners’ needs. Ideally, you are a
detail-oriented technical guru who is drawn to solve big, complicated problems.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with internal business and
IT partners, leading projects, and driving outcomes.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
•
Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com program: data migrations,
data quality, system integration, 3rd party applications, AppExchange
products.
•
Proactive technical consulting, functional design documentation, design
reviews, architectural analysis and potential development activities associated
with new requests coming from all business units.
•
Provide thought leadership and architectural guidance on implementation with
our key partners, particularly focusing on optimization of Salesforce
solutions.
•
Custom development on the Salesforce Platform with a bias toward using native
functionality and Lightning components.
•
Perform technical analysis, design, development and implementation of
applications with necessary customizations and integration.
• Work
with Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and other technologies
to build simple and scalable solutions that support application development.
•
Troubleshoot code and fix bugs for planned releases and to resolve production
issues.
•
Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as
working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, analytics, etc.)
•
Strong Salesforce to external system integration (using APOs and IPaaS tools
like MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, etc.)
• Coding
experience and a willingness to work with or demo code-centric solutions (Java,
JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or other modern languages).
• Web
based and mobile application development and architecture.
•
Provide education to business units on Salesforce.com current and future
capabilities to solve business needs.
•
Provide mentoring and skills development activities with junior team members of
Business Analysts, Software Developers, Systems Analysts and Salesforce Administrators.
• Work
independently or as part of a delivery team to implement new experience
solutions and set them on journey for success and scalability with Salesforce
products.
•
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best
leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.
•
Document Design recommendations into a requirement design workbook which can
include workflow diagrams, data mapping/models, business process details, etc.
• Maintain
a deep understanding of Salesforce products to be a trusted thought leader and
advisor with your partners

Create user acceptance test scripts and lead UAT activities to ensure business
requirements are fully met
•
Proactively identify and escalate potential issues/risks and partner with
stakeholders for mitigation/resolution
•
Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and
partnerships to expand and mature capabilities of the internal teams
• Work
with enterprise and technical architect(s) to provide a consensus-based
enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with
ever changing client needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
•
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, design and
implementation.
•
Experience working as solution engineer, IT consultant or developer in a
customer facing role that provided differentiated software technology solutions.
•
Ability to understand and document business requirements as well provide
predictive recommendations by actively listening and asking probing questions
•
In-depth knowledge and experience with successfully managing enterprise
software application implementations with waterfall and agile methodologies
•
Experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams on several
concurrent projects
•

Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, as well as MuleSoft

Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce
•
Understanding of when to apply Apex, Visual Force, and other customization
options within the Force.com platform
•
Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and
agile software development methodologies
•
Strong knowledge of Data management and Analytics
•
Experience with integrations, data models, and data structures
•
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business
processes across disparate system
•
Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code
versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
